Media Center NewsMedia Center Makeover
Since June, I have been working on giving the Media Center a makeover. I used money from previous book fairs to purchase new tables, chairs and a new rug. This fall, HEPTO purchased 4 new bookshelves for the library. These are on casters and will be used in the center of the library. This will allow us to move the bookshelves to the sides and open up the Media Center for all the students to attend assemblies. The ultimate goal is to get all new bookshelves, but due to the cost, we will continue to fundraise throughout the year. The bookshelves that are there, we believe, are original to the building. Feel free to stop by and see all the changes. The feedback I have received has been great. Also check out the mural the students made in Art class with Mrs. Pendergrass. |
